Currently at DA stage – the Akora House. A multi-generational luxury family home sitting atop one of the highest points in the Byron Hinterland, engagement with the surrounding landscape was the primary focus. With its sleek and under-stated entry, the fragmented building edges and courtyards break down the form and allow the house to breathe.

Currently at DA stage – Watego’s House Byron Bay. We are strong believers in the “slow reveal”, with the low-key natural timber facade blending into the landscape and subtly masking the uninterrupted ocean views that await beyond.

Whipbird House Byron Bay is all about sleek form and clean lines. With it’s Palm Springs Mid-century Modern influence, the inside-outside spaces translate perfectly to the Byron Bay lifestyle.

Currently in construction – Binna Burra House Byron Bay. Elegant lines overlap and intertwine in a playful “push & pull” to create living spaces filled with light and shade. With an emphasis on achieving Greenstar Accreditation we are particularly excited about this project!
