CREATIVE OVERVIEW : PANDANUS HOUSE BYRON BAY

Set on a tight block in central Byron Bay this home embraces coastal living. Double-height “cathedral” ceilings create a sense of expansiveness whilst allowing for maximum sunlight and airflow. The generous kitchen/living/dining spaces open out to a covered deck and pool. The softly toned, finely crafted timber featured throughout connects the home to its natural beach-side surroundings. Being located within Byron Bay’s central Heritage Zone, this project called for a myriad of tight Council restrictions to be successfully addressed.
