CREATIVE OVERVIEW : GOLD COAST TOWNHOUSES
A design for two luxury residential townhouses in Labrador on Queensland’s Gold Coast.
The project involved replacing an existing delapidated 1960’s house with two contemporary three-level townhouses complete with undercover carparking and roof terraces. By locating the main living spaces on the first floor this allowed the townhouses to access views and sea-breezes that were not realised by the previous 1960’s single-story house.
