LUSSO BYRON BAY
Currently under construction, this development comprises six Palm Springs–inspired townhouses arranged over two storeys, offering refined coastal living just moments from the vibrant centre of Byron Bay. Each residence includes four bedrooms, a double garage, secondary living space and a private plunge pool. The architecture is defined by a reduced material palette of timber, textured render and off-form concrete, establishing a calm, contemporary character that balances simplicity with timeless elegance.
Environmental performance was central to the design approach, with passive solar principles carefully integrated to enhance comfort and efficiency. Exposed concrete façade edges and ceilings, combined with polished concrete floors, contribute thermal mass while reinforcing a crisp, modern architectural expression. The design responds to a constrained and sloping site, addressing access, neighbouring interfaces and topography while maximising gross floor area to deliver a well-resolved and highly efficient multi-residential outcome.
