CREATIVE OVERVIEW : GLADESVILLE RESIDENCE : RESIDENTIAL SYDNEY ARCHITECT

Gladesville Residence by Residential Sydney Architect Ed Davis comprises of a large four bedroom residence accommodating a family of six.  The brief was to extend the rear of the house to expand the main bedroom, ensuite, kitchen and media room.  The greenery of the garden has essentially been introduced into the house over two levels.  What was once a closed box has been transformed into a generous light-filled space which flows to the outdoors.  The connection to the landscape is as much a key factor on a small suburban site as in an expansive rural setting.
